My husband and I went here yesterday to buy wooden rods for our windows and had absolutely no idea what we were doing. Ryan from Lumber was absolutely phenomenal and so helpful. He helped us find alternative solutions to locking our windows and when we said we could find it on our own we got lost and he came and found us and helped us out. We even encountered a rude customer, without a mask, asking for new 2x4's and he handled him very professionally and kindly! I have been to quite a few home depots and usually no one asks if I need help but Ryan was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond with his customer service!

If you can't find it at Lowe's, Home Depot will definitely have it and with better prices too. Clean store too

I much prefer the small, independently owned hardware store here in downtown, but we've been using home depot a lot more because of their curbside pick up. The staff on the phone have helped us several times with orders that were difficult to complete online. They are always very helpful, very friendly, and very professional. The folks who bring the merchandise out to the car are likewise very kind, professional, and easy to work with. The selection of merchandise is vast and we rarely have to wait for something to be ordered. Whenever I am unable to go to our little, local store, I much prefer Home Depot to the other big box hardware store which is much closer to where we live. The selection of products, the knowledgeable staff, and the overall willingness to support the customer makes the longer drive to Home Depot an easy choice every time.
