Very good customer service. The store has a little of everything. I was assured that if the product was not what I needed I could return it.

Just walked in to the empty store and was told they can’t sell me a Discover Pass because they’re short handed.nI know this pandemic is rough but, come on!n2 stars because I’ve actually gotten what needed 1 of the 3 times I’ve been here, and the young lady was very nice.

The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful, there isn't much more you could ask for in a local hardware store.

Great store, has everything you need. Staff are not only very knowledgeable about everything in store but also super helpful. One employee even came out in the rain to help me find the part I needed for my bike, and the helped me install it right there which was beyond my expectations.
