can never find help
Your appliances... if you're sold out put sold out on the model. Don't have people make plans based on stock unavailable when it says they're for sale. You have electronic signs, change them.nnI also tried to buy a set on clearance a few weeks back, they were on the floor with a tag.... oh but they were sold. Put a tag on them! The representative apologized that they weren't moved or the tag removed. So at least some of your staff understands.
Lowe's is popular nationally, and their selection of products is expansive. The only reason why I am giving three stars is that the staff usually have no more, or in many cases, less knowledge of the products than I do. We are fortunate to have a locally owned, independent hardware store in our town that is staffed by professionals in each department with real world experience who know their products inside and out. They also have the ability to explain repairs. Because of this, I go to Lowe's only on Sundays if I need something when our local hardware store is closed.
Lowes is good for picking up typical home improvement items. Their biggest problem is with their appliance department. We purchased a washer and a toilet online on different occasions. We arrived and it took over an hour for them to find the items. When they finally found them, then they had to find two employees to get them down. I have an expectation that if I buy online and am supposed to pick it up, it should be ready.
Jason at the Bellingham location goes above and beyond what is expected for customer service. He was available, acknowledged us, answered our questions and then went out of his way to check back room inventory to find the product we were looking to purchase! Phenomenal!!!!!
