Car is clean, but for the price it should be.
Pulled up and was quickly and politely served for an oil change. They were honest about my car’s needs at the time and didn’t try to persuade me into anything that wasn’t necessary. The place was absolutely spotless and all employees/customers wearing masks. Will definitely be my go to spot for basic car needs in the future!
I belong to the unlimited Wash Plan for a little over $70 a month for the Platinum Package for the past 5 years. I live near and have always gone to your Reading location on Revere Boulevard until recently. The level of quality for the interior service has gone down hill BIG TIME. The amount of attention to detail is very poor. If you look at my records you will notice my last 3 services were at your Ephrata, PA location. It's almost as if this Mr. Car Wash is a privately owned company. The level of service, attention to detail and quality is outstanding and what people expect when paying this much. Perhaps there is better management at this location? Not sure, but the quality of your employees at this location is OUTSTANDING. It's just upsetting I have to drive 27 minutes and 17 miles to get that level of service. Just being 100% HONEST.
Not bad I have a 2014 Ford edge missed top of rear window and indent at license plates. Tire shine looked like it wasn't even put on. For $20 you would think they would have someone picking up the missed spots before you leave.
Love them. Super easy and the wait is never too long. Only thing I wish is that they would do a better job inside the vehicle.
