Here is my number one suggestion for today. DO NOT RENT FROM METROPOLITAN MANAGEMENT GROUP. As most of you know I lived in the Reed Farm complex for 2 years in a one bedroom 870 square foot apartment. Over the course of those 2 years I, along with boyfriend, paid well over $25,000 in rent plus dog fees to live there. I’d like to add that I never missed a rent payment and was never late on rent! We bought our first home in July and our lease ended on the 31st. We thoroughly cleaned the entire place, I have pictures and video. Got the carpets professionally cleaned. Painted. New blinds. The whole 9. In the midst of moving, planning for virtual school, and finishing my classes, we got a letter saying we owed $65 for cleaning fees and paint touch ups. This was a reach. The apartment was spotless and looked better than the day I moved in 2 years ago. Quite honestly, I forgot to log on and pay the $65 because my mind was all the place with moving and preparing to do my job in a new way. It wasn’t worth making a fuss over, hiring a lawyer would have been more money than it was worth. So fast forward to today, I get a phone call that METROPOLITAN MANAGEMENT sent me to collection over $65, yes you read that right $65. No courtesy call, no hey we noticed you didn’t pay this yet, nope straight to collection DURING A PANDEMIC NONE THE LESS. Let’s ruin someone’s credit score over $65 instead of reaching out to them first. Sounds about right. I enjoyed my time living there, but I will no longer recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment to live in. I dealt with the rent increase and bogus fees because I was happy there, this has put a sour taste in my mouth. I will say that Lauren and Hannah were super nice and always helpful, this has nothing to do with them. The owner of the apartment complex owns multiple complexes and other real estate endeavors, I’m sure he was hurting for my $65. Long story short, find somewhere else to live.

Honestly, this apartment complex is great. Move in was hassle free, and even got a little welcome basket with household supplies! Our heat broke, and they fixed it within the day. Our garbage disposal broke, and it was def fixed within the week (covid-19 restrictions, and not an urgent fix) the move out process was a breeze! (We were not the best tenants at that time. -super busy and had an infant) we turned in something super super late, and they were extremely friendly about it. Our deposit was something like $1,200, and we got over $800 back. So less than 400 was kept. We didn't paint the walls, and I didn't really wipe them all that much, cause I couldn't reach. There were some marks here and there. Overall, I think it was a very fair amount to keep. I see a lot of reviews saying they kept too much, and that the apartment was spotless. Im thinking it wasn't as clean as they thought... lol. Also, a package (and some mail) was delivered to my old apartment that was already occupied, and they were nice enough to call the new tenant. I was able to pick them up yesterday no hassle! Overall, I would definitely recommend. Its a little pricey, but the apartments are really nice, and offer plenty of amenities and events to attend.

Move to this place from Exeter village because of work relocation. Reeds farm is a great place if you plan to live there forever. Once you decide to leave forget about your security deposit.nMy wife and I lived here for 2 years in the one bedroom unit (no kids, no pets). Upon leaving we got the carpet professionally cleaned, deep clean the entire unit. We were fine on losing some bucks on the couple of holes (to hold curtains rod) that were smaller than a penny. However we were not expecting to lose almost half of our security deposit.nStay away from these people you’re better off going to Exeter Village.

I have nothing but good things to say! The neighborhood is well kept, including the pool and playground. The staff is extremely helpful and responsive. I absolutely love my apartment.

We absolutely LOVE Lauren, and Hannah! They have helped us so much with all of our questions for transferring apts, etc. The grounds are beautiful here and very well kept. My husband has been living here for about 4 years, I have just recently relocated and they have made my transition so easy and painless! We are happy to be signing another lease! We highly recommend this property!!
