Have rented both an apartment and now a farm house on the property. Well kept, issues handled in a very timely manner. Great location..you wouldn't know you are 5 miles from Pottstown. Easy travel for stores and amenities. Nice family friendly atmosphere....highly recommend if you are looking

The location is great, the scenery and neighbors we had were wonderful (hence the reason for the 1 star) however, the landlord, Oliver, doesn't respect your right to privacy (things like walking in your home without knocking, or walking in on you when you are in the process of getting into the shower with no notice and with no reason to open a closed door (knowing full well there was someone at home). On top of his attitude and difficult personality, the house contains mold that is near impossible to stay on top of. We were constantly bleaching walls, floors and ran a dehumidifier 100% of the time. He stated to us, when approached him, that the mold was not his problem. We lost sentimental pieces of furniture as well as some boxed collectibles due to the extreme mold we found in the process of moving. The rent is cheap, but in this case, you get what you pay for!

I just moved out of one of the apartaments that i have been renting out for a year, and i have never ever had any problem with the landlord or the managment. They are the nicest people when it comes to cooperating with them. Never had any problems with excessive requirments, never had problem with comolaints or anything like that.nnI have had terrible experiences with housing managment in the past, which destroyed my trust in renting companies, but Pinecone apartments made it all back. Wonderful location, with wonderful neighbors has made the time spent here one of the best times of my life and i was very sad to leave...!nnA++
