I've worked with ARTI Home Inspection three times (one residential property, two rentals) and am impressed with the service every time. David is one of the most knowledgeable guys in the business and his reports provide exactly what I need to make decisions and move forward with a property deal. Meticulous in detail while also capturing the big picture; efficient turn-around in delivering the report, too. Both he and his wife Tina are a pleasure to work with.

We are first time home buyers, and we had an exceptional experience with ARTI Home Inspections, LLC. Pricing and scheduling were clear in our first communication with Tina confirming the inspection. David is knowledgeable, practical, and professional. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and showed us how to operate basic functions of the home. The inspection report was detailed, clearly written, and provided in a timely manner. I wrote this review after moving into the home and have found that the maintenance recommendations in the inspection report provide valuable guidance for all of those moments when we notice something in or around the home and have no idea (a) if it is normal and (b) what to do about it. If we need a home inspection in the future, we definitely plan to start with ARTI Home Inspections, LLC.

We had an excellent experience with Arti home inspections after we made an offer on a new house. David was very thorough, he answered all our questions and took time to explain things and educate us on many aspects of the inspection. Later in the day, we received his detailed report. Much respect and appreciation for his excellent work and speedy delivery of the report. Highly recommended!

The only negative reviews you will find about ARTI home inspections are by sellers and not by his own customers.nnWe have used David twice for home inspections, and each time he has provided a very thorough practical analysis of the home. He is more knowledgeable of homes than anyone you know, and he has infinite patience to answer your questions and explain his findings.nnI will not use another home inspector as long as ARTI home inspections is in business.
