I came in to go full blonde and I was only given Highlights, and very uneven ones at that. Very upsetting that Teddy didn't listen to what I wanted and just did something completely different than what I asked for. I even called ahead and asked for an experienced hair dresser that can dye natural curly hair and he was highly recommend yet did not live up to the hype. Luckily they were able to get me back in and Heather did a wonderful job getting me to the color I wanted.

Teddy gave me the worse haircut and color highlights I have ever had in my entire life. I should have just walked out when he got snippy with me while telling him what I wanted.. lessons learned! The cut is terribly uneven, I cannot imagine that he is licensed to do hair! I went over the color of highlights I wanted and stated clearly for 5 minutes that I do not want red. It looks bad with my skin tone. Well, I came in with beautiful brown long hair and left with an uneven haircut that I can't begin to style and red highlights! That was in August and I am still trying yo correct the color. Thanks Teddy! Good salon, bad stylist!

This place is amazing! Wonderful people who spend time listening to their clients. Can't wait to go back!

I would never, ever trust them with my hair again. What they did to my hair was terrible and they thought it was good. Can't believe I paid hundreds of dollar to have my hair ruined and will now have to wait a year or more for it to grow out.

My experiences here have gotten better every time! I've been to Honey 5-6 times in the two years I've lived in Washington. My first two appointments were at the old location before COVID and the experience was only ok. Then this year, I started seeing Aubrey as my stylist and she is AMAZING!nnShe is super talented and thoughtful - for example, my hair doesn't seem to keep its layers for very long so Aubrey started cutting in a little extra and now my hair looks amazing for WEEKS afterward!nnIf you're considering color, I recommend going in for a cut or two before so you can get to know a stylist and so your stylist can get to know your hair. I felt really comfortable with Aubrey after she cut my hair a couple times, so she did a balayage for me this summer! We knew temporary dye might not be super effective for turning my dark brown hair red, but I really liked that Aubrey and I talked about it and planned together based on my goals and comfort level. The end result was gorgeous and not at all overwhelming!nnPlus, the space is really cute at the Granary and they're doing everything they can to keep staff and clients safe.
