Not even deserving of one star. Came in for a style and she took it upon herself to chop almost 3inches off my hair. And proceeded to laugh at me when I said this isn't what I wanted . Said I could receive a refund but refuses to answer phone calls or text messages. 0/10 recommended

Oh my goodness. I have gone 24 years in this life without a proper haircut because of my curly hair. People always say they know how to cut curly hair, but now I think maybe their clients just don't know any better. The haircut my wife and I got from her beat out any haircut we've gotten anywhere else. We always search for people that can cut curly hair, but most folks charge $90+ for a proper curly haircut. I have confidence in my hair for the first time in my LIFE, and she's just right here in Bellingham! Absolutely professional and perfect, like I paid a designer just for the concept and a celebrity stylist for the cut.nnI also cannot stress enough how kind, understanding, and caring she is. You couldn't find a nicer person. Please please do yourself a favor, if you're a curly person like me and have never felt like your haircuts were ever perfect, or have never made you legitimately smile from the heart, just get one haircut with her with even a small idea of a look in mind, and she will make it look fabulous on you, taking absolutely everything into consideration, while making it look effortless.

My daughter has very curly hair and has never found someone able to cut it this good. She's very happy with it. Based on her experience I then decided to get mine cut also and absolutely love it! Very nice salon and Frieda is super friendly! We'll definitely go back to Zora's.

This spa is amazing from great prices , great customer services every time. It does doesn't get better than this. I have been a customer since 2006. I have been very pleased with my haircut and color. I decided to get hair extensions which I love my new look. I have had facials and waxing too. simply the best. I have been using their skin care products and my skin looks younger. I feel beautiful and confident. My whole experience has been wonderful and you feel relaxed when you walk in the door. I highly recommend this salon for haircare, and skin care and their products are the best. I know you will love it too.

Incredibly unprofessional. I made an appointment almost a week in advance. The day before the appointment I got a text saying that a credit card was required to hold my appointment. Because I didn't get back to them fast enough, they booked somebody else in my time slot. I would have been fine giving them my credit card to hold my appointment but was not told that it was required when I made the original appointment. Not cool.
