Has a great overall experience with Herb Real Estate. This was my first experience selling a house, a house that I loved. It was important to me that the house got the attention and respect I felt it deserved. Herb real estate was fantastic through the entire experience. Their professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge of the local market were invaluable. They are also currently helping/guiding us through the process of building our first home. You can trust you are in good hands and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the greater Boyertown area.

Andy helped both buy and sell my home in the past 10 years. Overall a great client experience. He's a genuine guy who cares about his clients. Separate from the real estate transactions he offered referrals for various needs and we occasionally chatted over the years about anything from sump pumps to fences. I knew I could count on Andy to get things done and appreciate his availability via phone and text... he makes the process so much more manageable. Thanks Andy!!!

We just finished the first half of our experience with Greg Herb and his firm (buying our new house). Greg and his team helped us successfully navigate purchasing our home through COVID-19 -- not an easy task with the increased regulations. Greg is the most responsive human being we've met to date, and his thorough knowledge of everything from the home to recommendations on other services (he has a lot of connections!) has made our short transition seamless. He went above and beyond in every capacity for us. He is the person you want in your corner during this process -- you won't need to worry about anything.

We had the dynamic duo of Kristi and Kurt. Kurt assisted in selling our original property. His guidance from the first day all the way up to signing of selling our home was positive. Kurt was attentive and exceeded our expectations. We had an offer within 24 hours of house going to market thanks to Kurt! We then had the wonderful experience of working with Kristi in finding our next home. Kristi worked relentlessly until we found the home we wanted and we were completely satisfied. We felt confident with her knowledge and support that we were making the right decisions along the process. She was our strongest advocate and was right by our side all the way till the day of settlement. Kristi and Kurt are amazing realtors and I highly recommended them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
