Amazing service they do here, I called them during and accident across the highway, and asked if they could find a way to let people pass, and they did after a small amount of time.

Called this office because we were stuck in traffic of the turnpike. I saw no emergency vehicles. I was concerned because I didn't know if any officers or EMS were around. I didn't what was going on. It had been rainjng pretty badly. Was there flooding over the roads? I wanted to know why thettraffic came to aastsnd still. No one answered. What if I was the one who needed help? This is not comforting.
