Call placed. Was assured agent would return call in 24 hours because they were too busy. No follow up from anyone.

Went to go look at a house listed as “move in ready” wooden patio doors were rotted at porch entrance, signs of animal intrusion including chewing on the wood and smell of animal urine on the inside, trash all over the yard in huge piles, alleged new roof on the porch was leaking in multiple spots, Wood rotting all on porch and patio rooms, gutters were pulled away from the house and full of leaves. Plywood floors were visible as carpet was missing. Access to home appeared to be by ATV only but not listed on property description! I traveled 2 hours one way to go view this home under misleading advertisement!

These people are the poorest excuses for realtors. I have talked to 3 different people trying to get information on property that they have their sign on. I have been trying for 4 weeks. Each time I talk t someone I am told they will contact me the next day and of course I hear nothing from them. The last time I talked to Kim and she said she would email me the maps and information. Still nothing. I texted again and absolutely no response. I suspect they are trying to low ball the owner so they can purchase the property and then flip it. Do not trust them in my opinion.

Juniata Trading Company is an awesome place ! Great selection of new and used guns , hunting and work clothes , fishing gear and other outdoor sporting goods.
