Living at Eden Square has been a great experience. Jess and her staff really care about their tenants and will go out of their way to make living here wonderful. They are very responsive to any kind of maintenance requests and Dean is very earnest and diligent. He wants to make things right. I have a dog and it is very dog friendly here. I also feel very safe here and it is very quiet. I can't say enough about how good the staff is. I love living here.

We have lived here almost 1 year and are signing a new 1 year lease. The staff is very welcoming and when something needs done, I have always gotten great help. Everyone is so friendly and they truly make it feel like a home here (our dog loves going to the clubhouse to visit Jessica and Maureen, they love to spoil him with treats). I have lived other places around the area and this is DEFINITELY a place worth checking out.

I’ve been at Eden Square for about 2 months now and my experience has been great. I did a lot of touring before making my decision because I wanted to have a larger place and this was by far the nicest, cleanest and most modern place around. The staff from the ladies up front to the maintenance crew are all very nice and helpful as well. I’d recommend Eden Square to anyone.

These apartments are fantastic. The build quality (structure and appliances) inside the apartment matches the professionalism of the staff. The staff is friendly and eager to help. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I moved here. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality apartment with responsive staffing.

Please save yourself time, money, and the effort of moving here. We moved here thinking it would be a great higher end apartment complex with no troubles and great amenities and it most definitely is not. It really all stems back to the office and management and how poorly this place is run. They have no clue what’s going on or what day it even is. They have no care whatsoever about the happiness of tenants. All they care about is nit picking and making up random fees or charges that get added to your account balance without any explanation or reasoning. All fees and charges that are no where in your lease. I would consider this almost exactly like living in a college dorm with and RA. The rules they make up for us in our own apartments and on OUR own pitches and options is insane. They have tried to tell us we can’t have any people on our patio or have anything but chairs on our patio!! WHAT?!?!? They treat their job more like principal at a school than helpful management. Not once in the year I’ve lived here have they helped me with any single problems I’ve had that I went over and talked to them about face to face. I would give zero stars if I could. I can’t wait to leave this place. Oh yeah, and the early term fee for trying to leave this hell hole early is $3,500. Just wow!!!
