Have used Pat Murray with Murray Agency for over 35 years. Purchased condo in 1983 through the company and then put it into rental management with them in 1985. Live out of state in VA and relied on them to totally handle rental of property over the years along with renovations 10+ years ago. They have done a superb job and made being a distant landlord easy for us. Handled finding quality tenants, did background checks, was main interface for tenants, took care of all maintenance issues and more. Thanks to Pat and team we never had any worries as an out of state owner. Highly recommend.

I have rented from The Murray Agency in the past and have found them to be very helpful in meeting my needs. They take care of their properties and are quick to respond to maintenance issues. I would highly recommend them.

I have called this company several times over the past few years about rentals in the area, its almost like they don't want to do business, They were always very short with me over the phone or never returned my phone calls.nI am looking for rentals again in the area, and I refuse to use their service.nnWhen you are looking for a home you need all the help you can get its difficult to find something to meet you and your families needs.nJust about any other realtor or agency I have worked with has been more helpful and responsive than the Murray Agency, so I doubt it's just me
