Management can’t handle any issue in the community instead creating more issues and always mean and rude.

I called twice, left my information and they never called me back. I'm sure it's a great place but first impressions matter.nn**Update after owner reply**nI'm glad you care enough to post a reply but not read my review. I called two times with no reply....then you ask me to call again. Absolute ridiculousness.

The houses themselves are good. We like having a pool and park in the neighborhood. The staff is good at getting my work orders in and getting it taken care of quickly, but they doesn't follow through when people in the community break the lease agreement, and it's been really frustrating.nnI've talked to the Office Manager multiple times, explaining that neighbors are breaking the lease and that it's infringing on my experience here, and she's told me they were taking care of it and putting lease violations out. Two years later, nothing's changed. I also feel like when I talk to her, she ignores my concerns and changes the subject.nnI uphold the lease and just wish I could enjoy my area and not be bothered by neighbors feeling like they can do whatever they want and not get penalized. It shows that the staff don't value the good tenants, which is a crazy way to run a business of housing!

Clean. Has a pool. Nice structures. Kid friendly. Convenient to everything. Nice landscaping. Quiet. High quality income based housing.
