Phillip has a lot of experience and it showed. He was amazing to work with! He made the daunting process of selling our home and buying a new home painless. He is easy to work with. He gave us great advise. He helped us quickly sell our house and buy another house at the same time. He went out of his way to show us as many properties as we wanted, any day of the week. He was accommodating to show properties when it was convenient for us which was evenings and weekends. He was willing to drive all over town. He is easy to communicate with any time of the day. Phillip is knowledgeable about the entire closing process and was more than happy to explain everything to us. And he is a great negotiator. We are so happy we chose to work with him!
