I have been renting two office spaces for about two years on 127 E Rose St. I have apperciated the honest prefessional service Choice Property Managment provided. If you are looking for an office space in Walla Walla I would highly recommend Choice Property Management, they will treat you fair and off a high degree of professionalism. The owners are very personable and friendly.

Unfortunately smaller companies are not always better at handling work loads and being hands-on. I believe these gentlemen must have more properties than they can handle. It was nearly immediately that I regretted the move to have them manage my home. First of all, they do not have direct deposit. A very simple thing in this day and age to expect.nI had issues with response to my emails and phone calls; or lack thereof. The first issue was they did not give their maintenance man the winterizing checklist that I requested in writing and my pipes froze. The final straw was that they were unable to get a renewed rental agreement signed for over two months with a tenant. They did not communicate with me prior to the renewal about a rental rate increase. An increase that I did not feel was needed in the current tenant situation. Once they verbally agreed to a rental rate increase with me, they did not collect the increase or get the renewed lease signed. They then backdated the new agreement two months after it was signed. All in all, I did not feel I was well represented as an owner. I had to call them several times about this yet was never given an explanation as to why they backdated the agreement. Very flakey and unprofessional.nThey lack good communication and follow through.

I highly recommend Choice Property Management. I'm a property owner but I chose Brad and his team because of how well they treat tenants and owners. They have done an excellent job for myself and my tenants.

I live next door to an apartment building managed by Choice and they have been non-responsive and negligent in responding to both tenant and neighbor complaints. Tenants of the apartment under their management have moved out because of drama associated with the building, poor follow out over repairs and issues, and difficulty paying rent and having phone calls answered. Neighbors experienced this same non-responsiveness even after involving police to address criminal activity, and finally had to approach property owners. If you are a property owner I cannot recommend hiring this company.
