I moved from far out of state and was able to do everything online (application, lease, deposit) which made my life really easy, especially during the pandemic. For the most part everything was fairly straight forward. My place is brand new and super clean. I'm happy with how everything turned out.nnHowever, when I was looking at apartments in March, I chatted with one of the leasing agents and told him my situation (new job starting in June) and he told me that they don't hold apartments for people and that I'd have to either wait or apply and pay rent there and then. This was really strange to me, because where I'm from you can do some apartment searching a few months after you move in and sign for a new place for the coming year, so this was strange to not be able to sign a place a few months prior to moving in.nAnyway, I waited maybe a month and applied to an apartment for June 1st move in date, which was approved. This felt very strange because they told my on the phone I couldn't do that. It worked out I suppose.nnI referred 2-3 of my incoming co-workers to them as well, and I know one of them had to sign and pay for a month before she was moving in, and I know she did everything online as well. I don't understand why she had to sign and pay a month early, whereas I applied significantly earlier than her and did not have that issue.nnThe people were nice and things worked out smoothly, but this is my experience and what I noticed. The people who work here are awful. The only reason this company survives is because the rental market is so tight in this area. They have no idea what customer service is, or common courtesy. If you can rent from someone else I highly advise you do so. I also highly advise the folks who work here to stop being so miserable, smile and laugh occasionally, and learn how to be courteous to the people who are paying your salary.

I have been renting properties for over 35 years. This is the worst rental management company I have ever rented from in my life. I would absolutely never rent another property that was managed by them. They nickel and dime the residence for everything including things that should be normal wear and tear items. Things that should be the property owners responsibilities such as routine filter replacements etc. They even charge the resident to do routine property inspections. This is absolutely unheard of.nnThey also conveniently find a way to not give you back your deposit by coming up with charges that perfectly match the amount of your deposit. Renter beware .nnDefinitely not the type of company or people I would ever do business with.I would never rent from them or recommend them to anyone.
