We could not have had a better realtor than Diane. She did a lot of research to price our home in the best price point to sell. She was aggressive in advertising both online and in our local paper. When it came to negotiations Diane was firm but fair at all times. Her expertise is what helped us sell our home with a full price offer. She also went above and beyond by helping us after the closing. We found Diane to be fair, honest, hard working and a delight to work with. She was easy to reach and when she told us she would be somewhere she was always prompt. I can't say enough about how great she was!

My husband and I worked with Allison Stensrude. She was terrific and really is top notch! Allison helped and supported us through a tough out of state lender situation and was extremely knowledgeable and always accessible.nThis lady is the real deal in reality! I have bought and sold several houses down through the years and there are always unexpected issues that arise. And when they do you need a quality agent that is skilled, at the ready and fully prepared to address them. My agent Debbie Clark was absolutely first rate in handling everything with professionalism, style and expeditiousness. I cannot say enough good things about her. A consummate pro. Debbie is simply the best realtor I’ve ever had the privilege of working with.

Jose Martinez was excellent. He is patient, honest, and goes out of his way to be extra helpful. We sold our place recently during Co-vid-19, had already moved to Spokane and Jose coordinated and supervised some extra needed work. We are grateful. We already recommended him to a friend.

Called several times for info on a little house, nothing, crickets. Finally someone answered the phone! Two weeks later. The house I was interested in was gone. Hey home owners! List your house with anyone else!nUPDATE - the person I spoke to mis-spoke with the information about the house I was interested in. IT'S STILL AVAILABLE!!! Two months of no rent, at least! I found a super cute place with a homeowner that answered the phone! AND called back in a timely manner. Thanks windermere! Your unprofessional ways got me my dream house! Cheers!
