I wouldn't trust this department to protect and serve a donut shop, much less a college town. Thank God they aren't officers in Seattle, Portland, or (God forbid) Los Angeles.

Their officers (besides the older gentlemen who retired a few years back) are quite rude, and like to think they have so much authority over you, using intimidation tactics to scare you into saying things you didnt do. Terrible cops.
