Lisa and Tank Lathom are the absoluite best. They are communicative, helpful, and amazing at what they do. SOld our house quickly, helped us find the perfect new home quickly, and answered every single question we had (and we had a lot) along the way. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Lisa and her entire team from the start got to know me and what my needs were. She let me know right away when something opened up that was in my price range and also had most of what I was looking for. Any question I had she answered or found the answer to. Lisa walked me though the closing process and made herself available when I had any questions. Even after the closing she has called to see if we needed anything. If you are looking for a realtor that will really work hard for you, Lisa went above and beyond for me. Thank you for all you hard work and patience.

I usually don't do this because I believe good service should just be a given when it comes to doing business with someone. But the service has been so exceptional that I have to say something. Lisa and Tank's (Jeff) service continues far beyond the day of sale! They truly care about their clients and the ongoing relationship is amazing. From friendly notes making sure everything is going well in our new place, ideas on where to get appliances and other services, to just this week receiving a note from them along with the Tax information from our purchase last September that they knew we would need for filing our taxes this year! Amazing! They saved me a lot of time and hassle looking through all our paperwork from the sale for that information! Above and beyond service!nIf good service is what you're looking for that friendly and sincere. LOOK NO FURTHER!! I had the pleasure of working with Lisa as I was selling my house and buying a house. Every step of the way was so simple and stress free.nShe gave me step by step directions on how to get my house ready for the market and what to expect during the process. I closed on my old house and new house the same day. She really did an amazing job and she was there for me like a best friend!!!

My fiancé and I just purchased our first home using Lisa and Tank (Jeff) as our realtors. We didnt know anything about purchasing a home, but they both made the process incredibly esay and stress free. Lisa and Tank are very kind, friendly, intelligent people. They do not pressure you into anything, they answer their emails and texts in a timely manner, and they making buying a home fast, stress free, and easy. I am really glad we choosed Lisa and Tank as our realtors.
