I just moved into a place that I am renting from Beaver Valley Realty and the process was quick, when I looked at the place they left out a couple details that would have been important to know before I decided that I wanted to rent the place and signed the lease. I like that you have the option of paying your rent online electronically it is convenient for those who work different hours. There were some things that were necessary in every house such as a mirror and medicine cabinet in the bathroom, a cabinet underneath the sink to put cleaning items and personal items, a towel rack, toilet paper holder, etc. They were pretty good at getting things fixed in a timely matter. I think they are one of the better rental management companies around Beaver County.

RUN, do not walk away from these people. The absolute worst of every bad Realtor stereotype. Liars, cheats, basic scam artists. Terry forged documents, submitted false information, and took advantage of me despite me hiring him to sell my house (huge mistake). Do your research and find a Realtor who isn't a snake oil salesman.
