Pennsylvania State Police

This PA state police barracks is responsible for patrolling the entire length of Route 28 between Kittanning and Pittsburgh. They do a fantastic, professional job of it. My knowledge of their duties and track record ends there.

An unnamed incompetent officer has dropped the ball on a pending case I am involved in. I will not mention the name of this officer but to put this short and to not waste anymore of my valuable time since I was finally contacted by this said state employee after waiting over 4 months . I was informed I was called 3 times lol.nnBut this is a good example of how one turd can stink up the reputation of a whole bunch of better people . He said good luck when I said I was seeking legal representation. Yep very professional, not.nnI am responsible for the charges pending against me , but I am glad they occured. This accident has caused me to quit self medicating with alcohol and medicinal medicine ( marijuana ). The veterans affairs newly precribed medication had spiraled my life out of control. But I have quit drinking , quit medicinal medication , and the VA's poison which was causing my liver to begin to shut down.nnI believe an explanation is in order due to the nature of the accident, and I do not want or deserve a get out of jail or trouble free card. I just find the uncanny irony in the paraphernalia charges still being included in this case. Especially when they are now in the process of legalizing it within the state of Pennsylvania today .nnI will be applying for a medicinal marijuana card or something similar to show that I had used it for medical properties related to my disibilities.nnI find it crazy that I called this barraks way over the pittiful 3 times this said officer mentioned after I called and received the papers. I also find irony in the fact that I answered the phone the first time he called me back within less than an hour after receiving this said letter.nnThis turd stinks and is making the barraks stink. My lawyer will be able to ask the hard questions that you don't have to answer when it pertains to me.nnThanks for helping me. Not.nnI am far from a snitch and not looking for brownie points.nnBut the 4 trooper sent out for a bogus call accusing me of selling guns by the silver canoe Creek campsite staff and owners.nnThey not only saw through those bogus lies and allegations the call was for. They actually helped me pack my camping gear after a 2 week miserable camping trip their.nn3 out of the 4 troopers were veterans. I did not like the shotgun issue. But it's a necessary step to take in order to prevent troopers from dying over false accusations. They were told that I was armed and selling guns up in the woods what was camping. When they showed up I was actually washing my stuff due to the five inches of rain that fell earlier that week.nnNot all cops are bad and a lot of them are veterans. Don't judge a book by its cover and don't judge all cops based upon the actions of bad cops.nnThere are good and bad people among us all. Only the wise ones can tell the difference. It's sad that heroin is such a bad epidemic within the county and these cops had to respond to a bogus accusation by a dumb manager and a stupid owners. Sorry for wasting so much of your time on this issue but you did an amazing job and I'm proud to be an American thanks for doing the right thing over the wrong.nnI hope others will learn from my experience and judge cops based on their actions and not their badge.nnSorry for wrecking into a house.
