I recently worked with Lori Weig-Tamasy on the other side of a sales transaction when buying my home. She was the sellers agent. Lori was extremely unprofessional, using foul language, hanging up on my realtor, writing inappropriate emails, refusing to answer direct questions related to our contract, therefore delaying projects, and unwilling to cooperate at every turn, which in turn created a turbulent relationship between all parties. At the closing, Lori was late and angry; would not make eye contact or acknowledge anyone else at the table but her client. Unfortunately, due to this experience myself, family, friends and colleagues will not be using Century 21 in the future since we have all been part of this appalling experience over the past 3 months in some way or another. Today I had a customer service training and decided to write this review. I do not only write reviews on negative experience, but the positive. I wish I could have said buying my home was everything I have dreamed of, but instead it was frustrating, demanding and worrisome. Lori, did disclose that she was going through a personal loss, however, if this was going to effect her ability to work she should have taken a leave or break, so not to create more unnecessary stress on herself and others.
