I went through the first bay today 12-27-19 and paid $9. No presoak, soap or wax came out. Lights lit up but nothing came out except on the Rinse and spot free shine cycle. No one answered the door when i knocked. Left a note in the Comments box
Nice local car wash. Self wash stalls are well taken care of. Heated water is great here. Only dislike is the automatic wash is expensive especially considering none of the wash packages have a dry cycle at the end. No dry cycle at all.
I went for an 8 dollar car wash, it took my money told me to drive forward so i went slowly as the green light was there and then all the lights just shut off and nothing happened i got no wash, nothing other than the rinse on the way in.
The bubble soal brush hose had a hole, and the change machine was empty.
Would not read credit card. I went through both sides didn't work on either. Many cars ahead of me had same problem. I used my card at 3 businesses prior to coming here. I called the number listed and the guy says they build the systems not repair them. Will go elsewhere.
