I give it two stars because the building is pretty nice but there are mice and rats and other insects and rodents that should not be there. This seems to be pretty frequent, not to mention bedbugs. Also, management is nice before you move in but rude and will penny pinch you after you move in. Stay away!

After living here for nearly a year I have had a great experience. The amenities are great and the apartments are very modern with an open concept. On top of that the staff is friendly and very helpful if you have any issues. I would definitely recommend these apartments!

While the building itself is quite nice, I cannot recommend living here during the pandemic. You can't go through the lobby without coming within 6 feet of one of the many people who work there without a mask all day or are drinking with their friends in the lobby after hours. There have been multiple parties hosted in the lobby and shared BBQ area, with many non-residents in attendance, all completely mask-free. Even more baffling, there are many residents who appear to work at the hospitals nearby and will walk around in their scrubs but without masks. People seem to be aware of when the leasing office staff is not around, and start to be more aggressive with rule-breaking.nnSharing because I think people should be able to take it into consideration to protect their health before deciding to move in here. I wish I had known. The building itself is really nice, in a great location, and well-maintained, so in non-pandemic times, it's probably great.

I have been here since the building opened. I am one of the first people to move here and guess what? I'm still here and just renewed. It's great to live in a place so close to so much. The amenities are outstanding. Service by maintenance, management, and security are outstanding. Every time I've had a problem, it has been addressed quickly.

The service is among the best. Security as well. Activities are fun. I like all the perks I get from being here like access to both building's gyms, and the pool. I also like all the social amenities, such as grills and green areas, that are great to meet with friends and family.
