Roxane is incredibly gifted at what she does. Roxane is organized, thorough, so personable, cutting edge in knowledge and doesn't leave anything behind. She has been supportive night & day. When we made the offer on our soon-to-be home and were waiting for results, she called us and left a very warm, cheerful & informative voicemail of the seller's decision. It was late at night and we didn't expect to hear of anything until the next day, but we did, which was so exciting & kept the home-buying processing moving along quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend working with Roxane for your real estate needs. I have been very pleased with her both as a real estate professional and as a person.

I would recommend Roxane 100 times over!! She is amazing!nnI bought my home in April 2020 (just in the nick of time with the pandemic!) I was a first time home buyer and had so many questions and so many thoughts!nRoxane put my worries at ease the moment I spoke with her... and after meeting her I knew it was a match made in heaven.nBoth my parents wanted to come along for the journey... and my mom was moving in with me. Together we have 3 dogs... and of course they needed a yard!nTalk about opinions when looking at houses LOL- but Roxane took everything in stride and kept moving on until we found the one!nIt was just listed the night before, and when I asked her about the address she said yes lets not waste our time in the morning I will meet you there.nWe went back and forth with the sellers due to multiple offers, but Roxane was again right there to guide me through it. And I'm pretty sure she was just as excited as we were when the offer was accepted!nRoxane also assisted with recommendations for other professionals that we needed to make the closing happen, and everyone was TOP NOTCH!nnThank you Roxane!!

I contacted Roxane from AZ over a year ago while planning a move to PA. Ultimately, changes to my situation caused me to make a total move within 3 months without warning. Due to Roxane's dedication and nearly 24/7 availability I was able to find a home, get financing, close and move in to my new home within those three months!
