My wife and I worked with Nevena in purchasing our first home in Pittsburgh. She worked with us as we prepared to move to the city, helping us to identify where we wanted to live. She was candid in her feedback, respected our budget and demonstrated her expertise throughout the process. Once we found the home we wanted to purchase she tirelessly advocated for our interests. Nevena Staresinic was the best! She is very knowledgeable about the Pittsburgh real estate market. I found Nevena to be both professional and congenial. She went above and beyond her duties. She understood my needs as a first home buyer and provided the information required to make appropriate decisions. I found exactly what I wanted, and she made it happen. No matter what time day or night she was always willing and eager to help. Her knowledge of properties is priceless, and she knows exactly who to send you to if you need help on something. I enjoyed working with Nevena and highly recommend her!

We had only recently relocated to Pittsburgh (6 months prior to our house search) and were first time home buyers. Nevena was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the housing available in various neighborhoods, and really did a great job at making the home buying process as easy as possible. Even with a pretty long list of wants and needs she was able to understand what we were looking for right off the bat, and help us find a home very quickly. She had a very good sense of whether a property was a good deal or not and was able to share the pros and cons of all the properties. After we had an offer accepted she was able to put us in contact with home inspectors and contractors, taking a large amount of stress out of the experience. We would highly recommend Nevena to anyone, especially to transplants and first time home buyers as she really makes the experience fun and straightforward.

Nevena was fantastic. She really understood what my family wanted and was spot on. We visited no more than 7 houses together and all of them had everything we asked for. In addition, she was really friendly and made this process as smooth as it could be. I really recommend her for anyone looking for relocation or just trying to find a new home.

Working with Nevena for my relocation to Pittsburgh was the best experience any expat can wish for! It was easy to understand each other. Her response time was great considering we were with 6 hours’ time difference at the time. Her knowledge about the specifics of the local market ware extremely helpful in order to save time and to find the best match for me. I have chosen my apartment only by the videos she was sending me and by consulting with her. The match was perfect. This is my 4th relocation in the last 7 years and it is the first time the agent was able to find an apartment which is meeting all my requirements. Meeting and greeting in the city was great too. I relied on her for all open topics I had at the time and she met completely my expectations! I would strongly recommend to choose Nevena as your relocation partner when moving to Pittsburgh.
