The lady with shorter blonde hair and older was very rude. Yelled at my 2 year old son when he was having a hard time staying focused (normal because he had never had one before) and she was very rude to me when I arrived and when I was paying after our service. My sons hair is way shorter than what I had asked for. And the gal who cut my hair was also very rude. Will not be returning to this place nor will I recommend them to anyone after my experience with them. They were very rude for no reason. The thing that bugs me the most was her yelling at my son. Definitely not going back.

The older lady with short blonde hair was extremely verbally and physically aggressive. From the moment I came in, she was sarcastic and demeaning. She was almost yelling, explaining that for oily hair one should not put their hands through their hair like this *proceeded to aggressively rub my scalp, which is counterintuitive* She changed how I had my hair parted and when I asked if it would be relevant that I usually part it on the side for the cut, she said no and continued to loudly and rudely say she will cut how she thinks it should be. She was hostile from the moment I came in, so I left before she began cutting my hair. She should 100% be fired, the other hairdresser stated this is not the first time customers leave because of her horrible attitude - while I waited for my boyfriend to finish his cut, I saw 2 other customers leave due to her. She does not meet the bare minimum standards of customer service.

Downloaded the app and was concerned I wouldn't be able to get a haircut, as they only take Walk ins right now. To my surprise got there when they opened and got right in. Thanks for reading my mind and giving me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Highly recommend this place.

I love April. I have come to Great clips for 10 years. Nobody else cuts my hair. Very professional people.
