I had a lot of trouble renting my single family house this year. A friend recommended this company Ikos for finding tenants. I gave my info to Nina, her and her team took care of everything and my house was rented in record time. For a fraction of the cost I was able to avoid months of lost rent from a vacant house all thanks to Nina at Ikos! Highly Recommended!

Had a viewing at a house that was exactly what I was looking for with a baby on the way. They were quick to schedule the viewing and I was excited. They texted me the day of to confirm the time of the showing in which I confirmed. And then 3 hours before my scheduled time they texted me saying the unit was no longer available and they canceled my viewing for that property... very unpleasant way to do business to schedule viewings then make it unavailable hours before. Will be sure to avoid this company

Awful customer service. Horrible website that deletes your application. Would not recommend to a friend, even if I did not like that friend.
