My wife and I have worked with David and Cheryl for several years and they are always professional, kind, and responsive. We just bought property last spring that we looked at on a Sunday and he had the offer-to-purchase in that day. We signed papers that following week and closed within 2 weeks! Great people!

Wonderful to work with, professional, full of information! We recently bought some land on Puget Island. This office is established and the brokers are full of helpful information. The closing was stress free and on time! I definitely recommend Cathlamet Realty West!!

Very disappointing experience with David Nelson the sellers realtor. They didn't provide valid paperwork, and their follow through was VERY weak. After closing I discovered extensive mold/moisture and seller was unwilling to help with costs... as well the roof certificate provided by realtor was not valid and I had to get a new roof.
