My husband and I rented with Costello for two years. We left in search of a bigger space for our growing family but were always very happy to be in the care of Costello Management. The office staff is friendly, flexible, and responsive. The maintenance staff were always quick and helpful with anything we needed. It was also a dream to have a pet-friendly lease without hidden fees. We happily recommend this company because we know they'll take care of you.

Rented with Costello Management for 1 year while living in Pittsburgh. The apartment was newly renovated with high end, high quality materials and finishes. I never had any issues with the apartment and when I needed to get in contact with the office, they were always quick to respond. I highly recommend renting with Costello Management!

Rented from Costello twice. Hands down one of the best landlords in Pittsburgh. Always kind, quick responses to maintenance requests, great pet policy. Definitely recommend.

I rented with Costello for 3 years with nothing but good things to say about the company itself. My one bedroom apartment was aesthetically pleasing and a good quality for the price in the area. Maintenance teams were always super helpful, quick, responsive and nice. Landlord himself will respond you personally with large issues and he’s genuinely a good dude. Pets are allowed without an extra monthly fee which just makes this company all the better. I always recommend Costello to any friends or acquaintances looking for apartments in the Pittsburgh area.

I had a wonderful experience renting from Costello! When I moved into my apartment, everything was immaculately clean and in perfect condition. Management was also very responsive with maintenance requests--every time I notified them about a plumbing, heating, etc, issue, someone was at the apartment to fix it within 24 hours. Staff is incredibly polite and professional. I will miss renting with them and am only leaving my apartment due to a move across country. Highly recommend!
