I worked with Zack last year from Galasso realty. I was very specific with what I wanted for my first home. Zack was so patient and willing to fit as many house showings as we could into his schedule. With the marketing being some competitive, that was a great perk to making sure we got to tour and give offers on our favorites.nnZack was responsive, honest & helpful. I never felt pressured into getting a place. He still to this day deals with any questions I may get come up with - which he certainly does not have too! We ended getting a house that we absolutely love even a year later!nnI have and will continue to recommend Galasso Realty for all your realtor needs. It was the great, exciting & easy house shopping experience you hope for when starting the process! 10/10!

My fianceé and I rented off of them for almost 5 years and couldn't be happier. It is very hard to find a good barber, mechanic, and a good landlord in this city, so when you find one, you stick with them. We were with them for so long and incredibly happy with their services, so we asked them to help us start the search for our first home together since they also sell real estate. If there was ever an issue, they were there to fix it in a very timely manner. Whenever we stopped in or called the office, Jan was always so friendly and easy to talk to and helped us with anything we need. Zack and Guy were also great to work with and took care of us for a long time. We chose Zack as our real estate agent because he knows Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas like the back of his hand. I honestly couldn't ask for a better experience. We want to thank Galasso Real Estate for everything they’ve done for us and want to spread the word on a truly great leasing and real estate company. 5 stars!

The apartment itself is beautiful- the experience has been a nightmare. They all failed to mention to me prior to signing the lease that they would be completely remodeling the other apartments in the building for nearly the entire duration of me living here. It has been nonstop slamming, drilling, banging and smashing since September of 2019. It is now mid January. You cannot even hear yourself think it is so loud. Just when you think you get a break they show up on Sundays and holidays. I had to listen to it while trying to cook for my family on Christmas Eve. On top of having to listen to the workers scream at each other when on different floors, swearing, and also attempting to get into your apartment by sneaking around and wiggling doorknobs. I have had to leave the house numerous times to keep from getting a worsening headache. It was such a disservice to everyone else living here to not be told prior about this.

In my experience, Galasso seems to operate as a slumlord management company. The property we picked out was not clean and repainted by the time we moved in. The landlord refused to fix the previous damages, a lot of them from the tenant before. Almost every window was cracked and/or broken, and none had been replaced or repaired until winter (five months past mid-July).
