Lynne was a huge help in the search for our new home! She works hard for her clients, makes sure they are well educated, and asks the right questions to get the best deal possible. Due to her extensive experience in the real estate market, Lynne was able to guide us throughout the whole process of finding our home. If you need a realtor, your search is over, just contact Lynne Bingham. She was hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with. Lynne was so helpful, and never stopped searching for a home for us until we found the perfect place. She is so knowledgeable and really on top of everything. We had so much fun working with her too. I cannot say enough good things about Lynne. We will refer her time and time again and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Lynne was great when we were looking for a home outside of Pittsburgh. She really listened to what we were looking for. We looked at everything from condos downtown to homes and townhouses in the suburbs. She took us to a place we didn’t love but she listened to what we liked and disliked and then took us right around the corner to a property that wasn’t even on our list. We loved it, made an offer that night and closed 30 days later. Also, since we live 2 hours away, she managed the inspections and repairs since we couldn’t be there. She’s fabulous, smart, intuitive AND she knows all the areas in and around Pittsburgh. You’ll be in very good hands with Lynne.
