This place is great. Jim, the owner, is very helpful and professional. Responds to message instantly. Helped me get a place in two days and saved me from staying at pricy hotels when I first moved to Pittsburgh. The staff in the office are wonderful and very friendly as well.

I rented from them from 2009-2018. Then the building needed a new fire escape. Rather than pay to build a new one they sold the building. They new owner refused to renew the current tenants leases. They were all evicted including me. A major inconvenience. I am very bitter about this.
