Wouldn't even give one star. If you're on a budget still don't rent from here. The landlord is the worst and literally does nothing to help. He violated the contract/lease multiple times. Started very invasive and constant construction for months without telling the tenants beforehand. Would come into the house without notifying us at random hours. Even brought his kids into the house (we literally heard children's voices running around our house multiple times). He took money from the deposit without asking us that he had previously agreed to return money. Walls are incredibly thin so you can hear everything from every direction of people's conversations. The house is completely run down and just not worth your money or experience at Pitt. DON'T RENT FROM HERE.
