L&N Development work is very reputable. They’re known all over the city of Pittsburgh for good reason. Their contracting work is unmatched. When there is a need, it is met and taken with high regard. I would recommend this company.

L&N has changed my mind on my thoughts about landlords in our city. Before working for this company, I thought all landlords were the same!! “All they cared about was their bottom line”. I have since been shown differently. We are a residential property rental company here in Pittsburgh and I have never been more proud to call myself an employee. The owners here at L&N are the most caring, understanding and reasonable people I have ever had the chance to know or work for. Landlords that are more concerned with their tenants’ happiness and comfortability are landlords I once wished I had the pleasure of doing business with. They are very few and far in between. However, our company is changing the way tenants think and feel about having to rent an apartment/house from someone. They are quick to respond to any and all complaints. Ensuring that any issues are resolved immediately. They are quick to understand that sometimes things are out of our control and payments may be a bit late. With a warm heart, they are right here to work with all of our tenants to make life in Pittsburgh a better place and just a bit less stressful as our busy lives still have to move forward. I have been the Office Manager at L&N for a little over a year now and along my journey I have seen my fair share of happy and content tenants. Knowing that I represent the face of our company and have been trained by some of the leading rental property moguls in our city is a blessing I will never regret.

We are so blessed to have such amazing tenants each year. Our 2019 leasing season is now over! Congrats to all the 2019 graduates who had to leave us. Simone thank you so much for your kinds words!! Just want to take a minute to say this is an amazing company with amazing truly kind hearted people. Provided me a great place to stay while I was in town for work just want to say thanks to everyone there!!

If you are a contractor and Lisa or Niel contact you to perform work at there properties, RUN! These people are the biggest shysters I've ever dealt with. Even the secretary on the office warned me. They booked a job with me a month ahead of time then tried to add more work, then Lisa got upset because I wouldnt do it for free. So what does she do? Kick me off the job when I'm 2 days from being done because I wouldnt work in Pittsburghs torrential rain.
