Dave Tkacik was a great help to me in finding and buying a home. Dave was quick to respond to my emails, text messages and phone calls. His comparable market analysis was thorough, he created a detailed timeline on the next steps once my offer was accepted, and he helped to negotiate with the sellers on findings from the home inspection. In addition, I received a rebate!nI enjoyed working with Dave and I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

We could not be happier with David. We used him to purchase our first home in Mt. Lebanon a few years ago. When it came time move again this past year, we did not hesitate to go with David for both the sale of our previous home, and the purchase of the new home. David is extremely knowledgable and very easy to get ahold of. In addition to his experience as an agent, David is also a lawyer which was very helpful during the negotiation process and when we had questions about the details related to paperwork, timelines, and our rights when the inevitable curveballs come into the process. We will definitely use David again!

My husband and I could not recommend Insight Realty/Dave Tkacik enough! Dave was both very professional and easy to work with, and his commission rebate is just icing on top of the cake. He helped us find and close on a house in under two months after we were relocated from Virginia for my job and needed to find a new home as quickly as possible. We are so grateful to him and wouldn't hesitate to use Insight Realty again in the future.
