Best Taco Bell we've been to. Ingredients didn't appear to be slopped together. Everything was wrapped properly. Associates were friendly and professional. With all that's going on right now, this restaurant was a bright spot. Thanks Yelm Taco Bell.
I placed my order and was convinced by the cashier to add chocolate chip ud83cudf6a cookies to my order, which was a little over 4 dollars more. I made it back to Yelm Prairie Hotel, before realizing I had only received the cookies, drinks, my coleslaw, and several sauces my family had asked for. The entire food order was missing and we were hungry.nI quickly called the phone number on the receipt and they weren't answering the phone. I called about 4 times before someone answered and I was transferred to a manager, who said come back over. I asked if I could come to the door because the drive thru line was super long when I went thru as well as when I left. She said that was fine. I was able to get my food but I don't trust them after that.
I’m 6 mo pregnant and was craving Taco Bell tonight and my husband went up there to get me some, well they were awesome and when he explained I was pregnant gave us some great hot fresh food, unfortunately the order was messed up and so my husband went back and they fixed it no questions asked and tossed in a couple cookies. Y’all are amazing and made this pregnant woman’s night. Thank you! Craving satisfied chalupas devoured!
Over charged and order was wrong. Had to argue to get corrected.
