Unfortunately John Clay was not professional, nor did he fulfill his duties as a relator for us. It was our third home sale, and we were left baffled by the poor service lack of respect and downright negligence he brought to the table. We do not blame Coldwell Banker as a whole but wish they would have assisted John and his lack of abilities.

Would not replace refrigerator, I kept losing food that spoiled. Wanted me to pay for someone to come and check it out. Would not return my security deposit or give me a reason. I lived at 569 Lincoln avenue for three years. Slum landlord Marvin. I requested my security deposit several times, they also kept interest the earned from tenants security deposits
