We worked with Betsy and her team to both sell our family home and buy a new retirement home in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh. The sale of our home set a new price record for our neighborhood, and sold in 1 Day! The house we found to buy was a gem, at a great price that allowed us to invest in renovation to create our vision. Betsy and team made the closings easy, and had great renovation ideas and recommended contractors for us to use. The Wotherspoon team, especially agent Teresa Huhn who was our primary contact, went above and beyond for us. We went to about 20 houses before we found the one we bought. They guided us through the entire process, answering all of our questions and helping us though all of our fears. They even managed to get the house closed, working with our mortgage broker, during the first month of the COVID-19 virus business closures and social distancing. We highly recommend them to all.
