Our house took many months to sell due to the market conditions at the price point as well as competition from new construction. We moved out of the area before listing the house and Linda and her team spent many hours doing tasks that would normally have been done by an owner in addition to the marketing activities to sell the house. Her advice on the offers and how to handle them was invaluable.nLinda, Bill, Alex and her team were always available to attend to tasks that we could not accomplish due to our not being in the area and did them with enthusiasm.nWe would recommend Linda to anyone planning on selling a house in the area.

Linda Honeywill is the ultimate professional. Her enthusiasm and confidence is reassuring to us as the seller of a home. Linda gives 150% to her clients. Linda and her office team respond to emails and phone calls within a short period of time. Multiple Open-House events were held and well attended by the public. The marketing material is very professional and contains just the right amount of photographs and detailed description of the house. Best of all, Linda found just the right buyer for our home. We highly recommend Linda Honeywill and we will definitely engage her services the next time we sell a home.
