Horrible! My father in law lived in one of their rental properties for 31 years. (Yes, that's correct 31 years). He recently passed away and my husband and I, who both work 10 hour days, had to clean out 31 years worth of stuff. We asked if, out of courtesy they would give us until the end of February to clean out his place. Sondra agreed to this. Now mind you, my father in law put thousands of dollars into this property and never asked to be refunded for his expense.nAfter we spent countless hours and many sleepless weekends emptying the house and making sure the place was cleaned out. The security deposit was not returned. Had we known this was going to be how we would have been treated we wouldnt have spent $1500 on a junk removal company to co.e and remove everything. (That price includes $350 for e-waste removal and the removal of many gallons of paint) we were fair Allison Park Real Estate NOT SO MUCH.
