Angela is a truly exceptional real estate agent! She is professional, knowledgeable, personable and a great communicator.nnWe teamed up with Angela to sell our home and buy a new home, all within a few months. Her marketing plan is top notch, including professional photos and an interactive virtual tour. She was extremely helpful assisting us stage the home and price it to sell quickly for top dollar. We received multiple offers and sold above list price, under contract within 5 days of listing!nnAngela is an efficient and effective problem solver as well. She had 4 roofing quotes within a couple days to repair issues noticed during the buyer's home inspection.nnAngela was extremely accommodating during our new home search. Angela makes everything easy when you are buying and selling - she helped us do both at the same time! She answers all your questions and makes you feel very comfortable through an exciting and stressful (at times) process. She is friendly and amazing. Superb realtor! Not only was she was professional, knowledgable, and a great negotiator, but she was genuinely kind and I felt like she truly cared about our situation. She fought hard for us when we were buying and selling a home simultaneously. It was hard for us to grasp our heads around how it was going to all shake out but she made it happen and made it easy for us to understand as she walked us through the process every step of the way. I'd highly recommend!
