When we decided to buy a home in Olympia, friends we trust referred us to Vylam, and we are so glad that they did! Trying to purchase a house from 2000 miles away (Texas) was a daunting task, but Vylam was the right guy to help us get it done. He is super knowledgeable about the local housing market and gave us solid information and advice as we navigated the process from afar. He was very personable and accessible--excellent at returning emails, texts and phone calls in a timely manner. Since we couldn't be there to look at homes in person he accommodated us by FaceTiming us a tour of a house we were interested in and taking extra photos of another. Once we had an offer accepted he kept us updated on what was happening and what needed to get done through every step of a successful closing process. Our mortgage brokers also let us know that they enjoyed working with him! We would highly recommend Vylam if you are looking for a house. He's a great guy and a great agent!
