My husband found Karen online 4 years ago when we were looking to move from Colorado to Washington. We were so lucky that he did! Karen was so patient and helpful. Even though she knew it would be a several month process when we started out, she was always responsive to our needs. She accommodated our schedule when we made trips to Washington for house hunting. She is very knowledgeable about the area and helped guide and acclimate us to the new environment. Fast forward 4 years and we found ourselves ready to move again. Of course, our first call was to Karen. She listed our house at the right price and it sold in less than a week! She guided us through the entire process and was always responsive when we had questions. One of the first texts we received when we arrived at our new home was from Karen making sure that we had made it safely and wanting to know how we liked our new home. Karen is knowledgeable and always professional, but so outgoing and friendly. If you choose Karen, you will be in good hands!

Karen is the best!! She helped our family buy our dream home in Olympia.
