Bob, and the team he has assembled, provided a great service for us which would have had great difficulty providing for ourselves. My wife and I live in the Spokane area and we would not have been able to effectively coordinate the new roof, the massive cleanup and damages left by our previous tenant. Bob immediately jumped in with his various teams and restored the house to a marketable state in a very short period of time and at very competitive price. The house sold for the top of the fair market value, offsetting many of the cost involved in the repairs of the house. Bob, sold us this home 22 years ago and his great service and professionalism hasn't changed. Bob was AMAZING! Doing anything from 3000 miles away is a daunting task, and selling a house may be a little bit tougher. Bob was an integral part in the sale of my home. My world changed suddenly when my elderly mom, living alone, fell and was not discovered until her caretaker got suspicious and went to the home and found her. What followed was a series of emergency centers, hospitalizations, care centers and adult family homes until she passed in late March, 2020.nWhat added to the mix was my suddenly being responsible for her home which was badly in repair and needing many services including cleaning, removing what seemed like tons of hoarding and even requiring pest control.nAt first I tried doing it all myself driving to Olympia weekend after weekend soon realizing this was way bigger than I could handle. We were on a time crunch to sell our home by end of year and Bob worked really hard to make it happen. I cannot convey how grateful we were to get the level of support he provided. We listed in November and completed the sale inside of 45 days – at a higher asking price than we were anticipating. Honestly, without all of his subcontractors - who were able to move quickly to make things happen - I’m not sure we could have pulled off the sale by our end of year timeline. Bob was quick to move on things as were his contractors. It was a much smoother experience than my husband and I anticipated it would be, and Bob’s years of expertise - along with his many efficient subcontractors - were welcome and greatly appreciated throughout the process. Decided to sell a rental property remotely. Initially very apprehensive about starting the process, gave Bob the first call after reading a few positive online reviews. Didn’t need to do any additional research after that, Bob was very thorough and pointed in his guidance and advice. Through every step of the process he explained all things he considered, and the rationale behind the steps he took. He advertised on a Thursday, held two open houses over the weekend, and had six offers, all above asking, by the following Tuesday. Despite the 2K+ mile distance between us, I always felt informed and can’t articulate a strong enough endorsement for Bob and his operation.
