Wish I could do no stars. Do not move here if you are black or brown. Manger gives special treatment to those she likes, and its ultimately not worth the price. The residents party all the time and are disrespectful. One was running an illegal daycare out of her residence, when I tried to inform management she didn't care bc her grandson was attending it! All around a horrible place to live.

I have lived here for almost 3 years I’ve never had such an amazing apartment manager or Maintenance person ever I love here, it is a great community to live in and around !

Wish I could give no stars. Management is absent a lot & when she does try to do her job, make sure you keep record of everything or it will be lost/claimed to not be done. Maintenance & Landscapers have no respect for your stuff. I watched a landscaper blow dirt and leaves directly onto my car while I sat in it. Dogs poop everywhere. Rent prices depend on whether or not the manager likes you. Say goodbye to your deposit when moving in because they will find any reason to keep it even when you move into an unfinished apartment to begin with.
