Jackie is an excellent and professional realtor. To start the process, she had constructive advice for prep and staging that made all the difference. She then used a professional photographer and made my house look beyond anything i could imagine. When it came time to listing, she made recommendations that allowed me to capitalize on the unique market conditions. As a result, she recommended me listing higher than what I thought my property was worth. Jackie worked tirelessly through a pregnancy then a pandemic to ensure my house was being seen regularly, listed in the right places, and always ready for a potential buyer. When that time come, she happened to get multiple offers in the same day and helped navigate a competitive and fast paced offer process. I wouldn't recommend anyone else and her professionalism, skills, and insight were valued throughout the process.

Jackie was fantastic to work with. We never felt pressured by her with any house or direction that we were looking towards. We actually felt as though she supported us through the highly competitive real estate market we were dealing with. You can tell Jackie really enjoys her job and the clients she works with. I would highly recommend Jackie to any perspective home buyer / seller.

I read Jackie's bio on the Howard Hanna web page. I contacted her about possibly listing a property that I had in the Stanton Heights section of the city. I met Jackie at the residence and was immediately impressed with her knowledge of the area and nearby sales. I signed a contract with Jackie to list the property. She advised a listing price, which was higher than I expected. I had four offers on the house the very first day! Jackie put a best and final offer announcement to the buyers realtor. When they all came in, Jackie explained each and everyone in detail to me. I ultimately sold the property for ten thousand dollars over asking price. Jackie returned every phone call and email within the hour if not sooner. I have additional properties in the east end area of the city that I will be selling and I will be using Jackie to list everyone

The ABSOLUTE BEST human. Literally as a realtor and human. She treats everyone fair, kind, and compassionately. You will never regret having Jackie on your side. She also makes the disappointing and tedious experience of finding a home enjoyable and fun. We bought a house and STILL want to visit more with Jackie!!!
