Gary was always able to fix any issues that arose and was very flexible with me a month I had an issue with payment. Very nice guy and a good landlord. I would rent again.

Money-grubbing slumlords. The properties APPERAR nice, but it is only superficial & they are actually dilapidated. Will charge you for any & everything that isn't even your responsibility and has the local magistrate in their pocket.

Seemed like a nice and honest guy at first, but is definitely a money hungry slumlord. Pieces of my balcony and the upstairs neighbors' balcony would fall off when it rained. I oveheard an inspector or contractor telling Gary (the landlord) that many bricks were missing or damaged and needed to be replaced. I figured Gary would tell his tenants that these balconies were not safe, but no call ever came. Heat was included in the rent which was nice, but they tried to turn it off permanently in April when it was between 35-40 degrees at night. I got sick and my fiance had to call to complain to get it turned back on. They left it on for a few weeks then again turned it off mid spring, so that using it was not even an option. My stove broke and was not fixed for at least a month (probably more like 2 months) even though I called to ask about it multiple times. Upon leaving the apartment I was charged a mysterious $50 cleaning fee that showed up nowhere on the lease. I had personally slaved over cleaning that apartment and gave the keys to the next tenant myself, who confirmed that no one had ever come in and professionally cleaned the apartment. So what was this $50 for? I was also told there weren't going to be any fees for my cats, which was a main factor in why I renewed my lease, but he still took $200 off of my security deposit, even though, again, no cleaning or sterilizing had ever been done with that money. The washers and dryers never really worked. The basement ceiling was repaired with pieces of cardboard. There was, and still is, a flea problem that was never fully dealt with. It was a miserable two years here, just not a fun experience, and I do not recommend renting any of their properties.
